2. Products & Orders

  • We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary.

  • All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you with options (such as pre-order, alternative product, or refund).

  • Wholesale purchases are only permitted under a formal wholesale agreement. Retail customers may not resell Freeflo Club products without prior approval.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, and Shop Pay.

  • Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We work with trusted carriers (such as Australia Post and Couriers Please). Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are outside our direct control.

  • Shipping times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Warranty

6. Intellectual Property
