Which ice bath is right for me?

Do I need a chiller?
No. You can use any Freeflo bath on its own and cool it with ice trays or cubes. A chiller gives you hands-free, precise temperature control, session after session.
Should I get the Pro or the Max chiller?
Flo Chiller Pro: 1125W of cooling, drops the water to 3°C, dual filtration, IPX5 rated.
Flo Chiller Max: 3100W of cooling and 3600W of heating (up to 42°C), reaches 0°C, dual filters plus UV sterilisation, app control.
How do I look after my chiller?
Replace the paper filters regularly, clean the hair strainer often, and run the system on clean water. Swap paper filters every two weeks.
Is cold water immersion safe for everyone?
Not necessarily. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or are unsure, speak to your doctor before using an ice bath.
