Freeflo Club – Shipping Policy
At Freeflo Club, we aim to get your order out quickly and safely so you can start enjoying your gear without delay.

Dispatch Times
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same business day (when in stock).
- Next business day dispatch: Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/holidays ship the following business day.
Peak Sale Periods: During high-volume events (Black Friday, Christmas, major sale campaigns), dispatch times may increase by 1–3 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days depending on location.
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery.
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery address.
Backorders
From time to time, our products sell out due to high demand. When this happens:
- Backordered items are clearly labelled on the product page with an estimated timeframe.
- This timeframe appears in your cart and your order confirmation email.
- Backorders ship as soon as new stock arrives.
- Orders are not part-shipped by default; your entire order dispatches together.
Order Flexibility: You can swap your backordered item for an in-stock product of similar value or cancel before dispatch.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, contact us at hello@freefloclub.com.au as soon as possible.
- Swapping to an in-stock product
- Upgrading to a higher-value item (pay the difference)
- Updating delivery details before dispatch
Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. Freeflo Club is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failure to collect a parcel from a depot
- Refused deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues or non-collection, reshipping fees will apply.
Lost, Missing, or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed to Australia Post or Couriers Please, delivery is handled by the carrier.
If your parcel appears lost, missing, significantly delayed, or incorrectly scanned (e.g., “returned to sender” in error):
- We will open an official investigation with the freight company.
- Investigations may take several business days to several weeks depending on the case.
- We will follow up continuously and push for a prompt resolution.
- Replacements or refunds can only be issued once the investigation is completed and the carrier provides final confirmation.
We understand freight issues are incredibly frustrating — we will always advocate strongly on your behalf, but carrier investigations must run their course.
International Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide only. New Zealand shipping is coming soon.
